Confirming Appointment

You will recieve a call from the clinic reminding you of your scheduled appointment. It is pertinent that you confirm your appointment. Please follow the instruction on the automated call to confirm or cancel your appointment.

Check in Process

Whenever you come into the office, please bring your Photo ID and your current insurance information. Co pays will be collected during the check in process.

Consultation Process

You will be called into the examination room where a medical assistant will enquire about the reason for the visit. All necessary information will be taken before the physician will see you.

Check out Process

At check out, any needed prescription will be provided and your next follow-up appointment will be scheduled.
